All products supplied by Alluvi Solutions are intended strictly for laboratory research and development purposes only.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Orders placed before 4:00 PM (UK time) are dispatched the same business day.

Free worldwide shipping is included on all orders. Every shipment includes full tracking information, which will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Alluvi Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, or events beyond our control. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Returns & Refunds

All products are sold for research purposes only. Due to the nature of our products and strict quality control requirements, returns are generally not accepted.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days of receipt. We will investigate and, if appropriate, arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds will be issued in the same cryptocurrency used for the original transaction.
